Effective 8 November 2026
This policy applies to one-time purchases of Veyra Token packs from Datashow Pty Ltd. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
1. Requesting a refund
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Veyra purchases and processes approved refunds. You can request help through the support link on your Paddle receipt, through Paddle's buyer support service, or by emailing accounts@datashow.com with the account email and transaction reference.
Please contact us promptly. Requests made within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed with the purchase circumstances, token use and applicable consumer law. Making a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
2. How requests are assessed
We consider duplicate or accidental purchases, incorrect charges, technical failure preventing the purchased service from being supplied, unauthorised transactions, the amount of the token pack already consumed, and any rights that apply under consumer law. We may ask for information reasonably needed to investigate the transaction.
3. Consumed and unused tokens
Veyra Tokens pay for metered model usage as it occurs. A refund may be declined or reduced where a material portion of the purchased pack has already been used, unless the service was faulty or the law requires another remedy. Unused tokens associated with an approved refund will be removed from the account ledger. Games that no longer have sufficient available balance may pause, with progress saved where technically possible.
4. Processing an approved refund
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-network processing times vary and are outside Veyra's control. Your Veyra wallet and payment history will record the adjustment. A refund does not create a right to cash out unrelated token balances.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian consumers may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law when services are not supplied with due care and skill, are not fit for purpose, or are not supplied within a reasonable time.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us or Paddle before starting a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated quickly. We may suspend the affected token balance while a chargeback or payment reversal is unresolved. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions.
7. Contact
Refund questions can be sent to Datashow Pty Ltd at accounts@datashow.com.
